CNC sourcing answers, backed by supplier records.
Describe the part. Get a structured brief, the published suppliers that fit it, and the evidence behind each match.
The answer comes first. The decision table follows.
Each guide opens with a short answer you can act on, then the criteria, the tolerances, and the questions to put in an RFQ.
supplier CNC Supplier Audit Checklist: Evidence Before Capability Claims
Audit the production route for your actual part family, not just the factory tour. Verify objective evidence for process planning, machine and fixture suitability, inspection capability, material traceability, special-process control, nonconformance handling, change control, and capacity.

Aluminum Anodizing Specification Guide for Machined Parts
Specify the governing anodizing standard, coating type and class, sealing, masking, appearance acceptance, and post-coating dimensional requirements. Do not use “black anodize” as the whole specification: color alone does not define coating performance or thickness.

CNC Machining Tolerances: How to Specify What Matters
Apply tight tolerances only to features that control fit, sealing, motion, alignment, or safety. Define the datum scheme and inspection method, use a stated general-tolerance standard for the remaining dimensions, and ask the supplier to identify any feature that drives special setup or inspection cost.
- material
Aluminum 6061 vs 7075 for CNC Machined Parts
Use 6061 as the default when moderate strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, availability, and predictable finishing matter. Use 7075 when the design needs substantially higher strength and the part can accept higher material cost, more limited joining options, and tighter control of temper and corrosion protection.
- process
CNC Milling vs Turning: Which Process Fits Your Part?
Use turning when the part is fundamentally rotational around a centerline; use milling when it is prismatic or needs features approached from several directions. Choose mill-turn only when one setup meaningfully reduces concentricity risk, handling, or total cycle time.
Reviewed supplier records, each with a source.
A reviewed record has been checked against its source listing and the Chinese business registry, and the holders of its certificates have been read from the listing; certificates are not confirmed with their issuers. Every record links to the page it was extracted from, and shows plainly what the supplier did not declare.
Records are reached through a query or from the related-supplier list on each guide. A missing value is shown as Not declared rather than inferred.

- Search API
- Send a natural-language brief. Receive normalized fields, matched suppliers with reasons, and unmet requirements.
- MCP server
- Connect an MCP client over Streamable HTTP:
